Opal HealthCare Resident Maintenance Officer

Opal HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Resident Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing resident accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information related to resident accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sub-ledger system data to ensure seamless billing and accounting processes.
  • Process billing journals and sundry invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process refundable accommodation deposit transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain centralized documentation of customer adjustments to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Support process improvement activities to enhance the overall resident experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in complex accounts receivable roles, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
  • Diploma qualifications in accounting are desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of resident accounts.
  • Experience in consumer-oriented shared service environments is highly valued.
