Defensive Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Defensive Operations Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support and communications to the Incident Controller.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an effective operational readiness in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines. They will respond to fire crews as required, provide support and communications to the Incident Controller, and assist the OIC of the Fire Station in administrative duties related to operational aspects.

- Holding one of the following qualifications: Prevent Injury, Prevent Injury (Superseded), Prevent Injury (Superseded), Operate Communication Systems and Equipment, Operate Communication Systems and Equipment (Superseded), Work in a Team, Work in a Team (Superseded), Communicate in the Workplace, Communicate in the Workplace (Superseded), Work Autonomously, Work Autonomously (Superseded).
- Desirable:
- Previous experience in a communications room.
- Participation in a long-term defence contract.
- A competitive remuneration package.

- A strong focus on team orientation.
- Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1.
