Cafe All-Rounder/Kitchen Hand

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Cafe All-Rounder/Kitchen Hand at Campbelltown Hospital.

Our Australian operations are rapidly expanding, and we are excited to continue this growth. Fresh+ operates a large number of hospital cafés across NSW, QLD, and SA, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing a 'Customer First' culture
  • Ensuring efficient cash handling procedures
  • Preparing basic food and beverages
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
  • Assisting the chef with cooking and preparation as a Kitchen/Sandwich Hand

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy hospitality environment alongside barista skills is desired
  • Kitchen and food preparation experience is essential for the Kitchen/Sandwich Hand role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of commercial food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility in scheduling - morning/afternoon and weekend availability
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and follow instructions accurately
