Assistant Manager/Duty Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and working closely with our management team to drive business growth and excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests on arrival and assisting them with check-in
  • Fulfilling guest requests efficiently and accurately

  • Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to drive business growth and excellence

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
