About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our expanding national team. As a key member of our Program Performance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
  • Deliver projects efficiently, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate strong project management experience and a passion for infrastructure. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a project management role.
  • Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs).
  • Confidence in reviewing and interpreting design documentation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Qualifications in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
