About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Mechanical Fitters to enhance our Maintenance Reliability team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintaining the efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and address breakdowns in a timely manner.
  • Utilize your mechanical expertise to maintain, repair, and install machinery.
  • Diagnose faults and assist in production start-ups and operational settings.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance and equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including food safety (HACCP) and people safety.
Qualifications
  • Possess a relevant qualification in Mechanical Fitting (Trade Certificate or equivalent).
  • Experience in the FMCG manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems.
  • Hold a Boiler Operating qualification or be willing to obtain one.
  • Forklift license is an advantage.
