About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Employer Branding (EB) Specialist. As part of our EB services, you will work on developing and implementing employer branding strategies for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on growing our EB services by building strong relationships with clients, showcasing our offering, and delivering EB projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies for clients
  • Built strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Design and deliver customised EB campaigns for clients
  • Collaborate with Sales team to drive proposals and opportunities for EB projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Employer Branding and content creation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
