As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, the **Employer Brand Consultant**, will play a key role in bringing our employer value proposition (EVP) to life across the talent market. You'll craft compelling stories, campaigns, and experiences that reflect who we are and why we matter—especially to those we're trying to reach in corporate, human services and early careers pathways.

**What You'll Do**
- Activate our existing EVP across diverse talent segments, tailoring messaging to resonate with different audiences.
- You'll lead creative employer branding campaigns that attract top talent. Crafting messaging, content, and experiences that highlight what makes our workplace special.
- Create targeted recruitment marketing campaigns using digital, social, and community channels.
- Produce engaging content—employee stories, videos, blogs, and social posts—that showcase our culture and purpose.
- Support the design and promotion of early careers programs (graduates and interns).
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve reach and impact.
- Position AU as an employer of choice across different audiences/markets
- Reporting on end-to-end campaign performance

**What You'll Bring**
- 3-5 years' experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills across digital platforms.
- Experience supporting recruitment in both corporate and human services environments.
- Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, including Indigenous and early careers talent.
- Familiarity with social media, career sites, and recruitment marketing tools.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for inclusive, purpose-driven work.
