Job Title: Clinical Support Professional

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact as a Clinical Support Professional where you will leverage excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service to individuals in need.

You will play a key role in supporting donors through their donation process, greeting and interviewing potential donors, creating a welcoming experience, conducting routine tests, setting up equipment, collecting blood and biological products, monitoring donors post-donation, and working collaboratively to achieve collection targets.

No prior experience in blood collection is necessary, our paid and flexible self-paced training program provides on-the-job practice and online classes to ensure your success.
