Job Description

As a surgical loan kit specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of surgical loan kits in a dynamic environment. You will play a critical role in our fulfillment team, working closely with operations and sales teams to ensure the timely preparation of surgical kits.

  • Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms is a key responsibility.
  • You will also be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements is essential.
  • Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures, is another key aspect of the role.
  • Accurately transacting all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures, is crucial.
