About your role
In this role, you'll balance clinical expertise with leadership and education, playing a key role in patient care and the development of future radiographers.
You'll be responsible for:

Delivering advanced, evidence-based imaging services across specialist areas.
Providing leadership, supervision, and training for undergraduates, recent graduates, and junior radiographers.
Acting as a clinical reference point and contributing to collaborative, interprofessional care.
Shaping clinical education programs and leading quality improvement projects.
Mentoring staff, supporting placements, and advancing service standards.

About you
You're a skilled radiographer with a passion for both clinical excellence and teaching, and you're ready to take the next step in your career.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

A recognised qualification in Medical Imaging and current AHPRA registration.
Strong background in complex medical imaging services.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and service improvement.
A genuine interest in coaching, teaching, and advancing clinical education.
