A well-established and successful supplier of specialty chemical across Australia and New Zealand is looking for a skilled and motivated Product and Sales Manager to take ownership of portfolio of customers and suppliers within our Specialty Chemicals & Polymers division.

This role will primarily be sales driven and will include planning and carrying out of product sourcing, procurement and marketing of specialty chemicals. In addition to maintaining and developing sales of our products range within the specialty division across Australia.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications, ideally in Chemistry or a relevant discipline within the chemical industry.
  • Proven sales track record or product management and sales experience within the chemical industry.
  • Strong business development capabilities and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear and concise language.
  • Continuously striving to achieve and grow revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ability to source supplies and stablish business partnerships when the opportunity arises.
  • Strong organisation, time management, and customer service orientation.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
