As a pivotal leader in speech pathology services, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our team.
About the Role:- Lead and support a growing team of clinicians to ensure high-quality therapy services
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with families and support coordinators to develop and review individualised plans
- Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to practice
The successful candidate will have experience within the NDIS/disability sector, as well as expertise in AAC and Swallowing/Dysphagia. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels.
