We're seeking highly motivated and proactive Sales Assistants to work on a part-time basis in our stores. As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A real customer service focus with the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • A strong motivation to drive sales and achieve results.
  • The integrity to maintain high standards and make sound decisions.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Composure under stress and pressure, with a determination to succeed.
  • An eye for detail and a hands-on approach to tasks.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with a high-volume, disciplined retailer.
  • Strong merchandising skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be required to lift heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food) and work unsupervised. You must be reliable, determined to meet high standards, willing to be flexible regarding working days and hours, and able to work on weekends.
