Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of project management, including change management, from initial discovery and scoping through to successful delivery, embedment, and evaluation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the scoping, planning, execution, and change management of key projects by establishing clear objectives, maintaining stakeholder communication and engagement, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, budgets, and risks, while securing necessary approvals and engaging third-party providers as needed
  • Regularly reporting on project progress to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and conducting post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Change Management, or an alternate relevant discipline, or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Previous experience in project management, with an understanding of project management and change management principles
  • Highly developed communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, prepare concise business cases, and deliver engaging presentations to senior management and project teams
