Job Description

The HSSE Compliance and Risk Specialist plays a pivotal role in upholding organizational safety standards. This professional is entrusted with ensuring compliance, risk management, and health safety across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accreditation for ongoing compliance with Australian Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme requirements.
  • Lead internal audits, gap analysis, and renewal processes to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Provide technical support to project teams on risk assessments, permits, and safety plans.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to verify adherence to HSSE standards.
  • Elevate the organization's safety culture throughout project phases.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive HSSE reports to leadership, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Enhance HSSE management systems to align with corporate standards and regulatory demands.
  • Serve as a liaison for safety and compliance matters.
  • Ensure timely updates of company information and documentation for ISN compliance.
