Job Title: Nighttime Communications Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized communications professional to join our team as a Nighttime Communications Specialist. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, processing guest requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the telephone switchboard and process guest requests in a timely manner, ensuring that all calls are directed to the appropriate extension.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, logging all guest requests or issues into our system and following up with guests to ensure their request has been resolved.
- Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
- Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in our point-of-sale system.
- Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment.
