Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nighttime team with expertise and poise, ensuring seamless operations throughout the shift.
  • Conduct thorough audits of daily activities and maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, including reception, room service, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Deliver engaging team briefings to share hotel activity, promotions, and guest feedback.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by addressing special requests and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accuracy and up-to-date records in the PMS.
  • Transition to day shifts smoothly with effective communication and handover.
