We are seeking a seasoned employment law professional to join our team as a senior associate. This role involves providing expert advice on employment matters, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety with a focus on state and local government, resources, and transport sectors.

  • This position will require the ability to provide guidance on awards and enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, equal opportunity, unfair and wrongful dismissals, contracts of employment, restraints of trade, protection of confidential information and intellectual property rights, risk management, workplace safety, and training.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you must be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' post-admission experience in employment law. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent work ethic, and commercial awareness.

  • An ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team is essential.
