You'll work across a balanced mix of advisory and disputes, including workplace investigations, regulatory compliance, enterprise bargaining, contracts, and appearances before the Fair Work Commission, tribunals, and WHS regulators. The practice offers genuine variety in matters and clients, with the added benefit of a global platform.

At this level, you'll focus on supporting senior lawyers in disputes, drafting legal documents, legislative and case analysis, and contributing to client-facing projects. For senior roles, the responsibility broadens to managing complex client relationships, negotiating, supervising juniors, and playing a leadership role in the ongoing growth of the practice.
