Compliance Specialist Role
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective overall HR workforce compliance program for our organization.
The role involves supporting the development of strategies and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies across various areas, including:
- Award and enterprise agreement compliance,
- Fair Work Act record-keeping obligations;
- Workforce management, including workforce planning, scheduling, time-keeping, and data management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR programs and policies;
- Providing guidance on employment laws and regulations;
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to achieve compliance objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in developing and implementing HR programs and policies, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
About You
You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, along with extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
Detail-oriented and organized, you will be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is also required.
