We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to our Business Registry Delivery team, ensuring seamless business operations and a customer-focused service culture.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviews, and liaison with internal stakeholders
- Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support across frontline teams
- Manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries, and escalate issues as needed
- Liaise with our Reporting team to access and interpret data (e.g., leave, performance, skilling)
- Maintain work-on-hand counts, take meeting minutes, and manage action registers
- Support coaching roster management and use digital tools to streamline operations
- Assist with engagement activities and internal communications (e.g., emails, posters, presentations)
- Create and manage support materials such as templates, SharePoint content, and induction resources
