We have high-performing teams of Home & Investment Lending Managers who play a critical role in improving the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers.

About the Opportunity

The Role type is Multiple permanent, full time positions available, all HYBRID working arrangements - split between 50% in branch & 50% work from home. The Role location is Melbourne metropolitan branch locations.

We are currently recruiting a high volume of lenders to join us as we rapidly grow our team. We would love to hear from experienced lenders, whether it be residential or commercial lending, at all levels of experience.

What will your day look like?

As a Home & Investment Lending Manager, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience - this is not mandatory but would be ideal
  • Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote the company
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
  • Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
  • An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
  • The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment
