Field Services Coordinator

Toyota Material Handling Australia is seeking a Field Service Controller to coordinate and optimize the scheduling and dispatching of Field Service Technicians.
Responsibilities:- Efficiently schedule and dispatch Field Service Technicians to customer locations.
- Monitor real-time field activities and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Communicate job details to field technicians accurately and promptly.
- Optimise routes and schedules to minimise travel time and maximise efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask and problem solve, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Requirements:- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using an ERP system is advantageous.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work.
- Superior communication, interpersonal & time management skills.
