Field Service Coordinator

About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our service team, ensuring efficient coordination of field service technicians, scheduling, and customer administration needs.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and supporting technical teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and managing reception duties
- Processing field technician time sheets and coordinating schedules
- Scheduling day-to-day service, pre-planned maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns
- Following up with debtors and attending to customer administration needs
- Processing purchase orders and tracking delivery of goods ordered
- Managing mail and courier services, petty cash, and documentation
- Supporting manufacturing and service administration tasks
Requirements:
- Australian work rights
- Experience as a service coordinator or administration professional
- Notice period at current employer
- Strong administration and data entry skills
