We are seeking skilled individuals to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients. Our team provides support with daily living tasks, transportation, and social activities.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives. You will need to be empathetic, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

  • You will assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Transport clients to appointments and social events.
  • Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Engage clients in social activities and hobbies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in aged care or disability work.
  • Qualifications in individual care or ageing support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver license and access to a reliable car.
