We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric professional to join our Northam clinic. As someone who loves helping people, you will perform hearing screening checks and maintenance, provide face-to-face and phone-based support, confirm/schedule appointments, source external lead generation opportunities, assist our clinics to perform effectively, and provide administrative support.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, good computer skills, and be tech-savvy. Previous administration experience and sales experience are an advantage.
