Offshore Drilling Operations Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals to supervise offshore drilling operations.
- Ensuring safe and efficient execution of the drilling program
- Leading rig-based personnel and managing service providers
- HSE assurance and incident reporting
- Daily reporting and logistics coordination with onshore teams
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on Jack-up and/or Semi-sub rigs, with a strong background in well control and safety procedures.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- 10+ years' offshore drilling experience, with recent time in a Supervisor / Company Man role
- Experience working on Jack-up and/or Semi-sub rigs essential
- Current IWCF (Well Control – Supervisory Level)
- In-depth understanding of Australian offshore regulations and operating environments
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and contractor management skills
