Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing fast-paced and fun services in-store or through delivery.

This role requires you to drive a van to deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night. Your responsibilities include safely navigating local neighbourhoods, picking and packing orders to the highest standard, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Maintain an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • Navigate busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas while driving the van
  • Be physically active, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points
  • Work flexible hours across trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
