Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with production teams and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Managing customer order and delivery protocols, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting the warehouse function with invoicing and courier bookings
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
