We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Delivery Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Customer Service Delivery Associate will be responsible for navigating local neighborhoods to deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night. Additionally, they will pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ensuring they are ready for delivery.

About You and Your Skills

- Possess a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Hold an unrestricted Australian Driver's License and have a safe driving record (must consent to undergo both a police history check and driving history check)
- Demonstrate confidence in safely driving and navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
- Be able to stay active as they will be on their feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to their delivery points (there could be stairs)
- Have availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (generally shifts run from 5am-1pm and 1pm-11pm)
