Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our directors and their teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for managing the executive team's schedules, arranging meetings and conference calls, and preparing meeting packs and presentations. You will also be involved in processing payments, invoices, and expense claims, as well as scheduling travel itineraries and coordinating the day-to-day running of the office.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 5+ years' experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry or similar sector
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and outstanding attention to detail
• Outstanding stakeholder management experience, with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at senior and executive level
• Intermediate level of skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
