
Inventory Control Manager Position

About the Role
You will oversee all inbound operations, from receiving inventory to getting it into storage for timely and accurate supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach your team to achieve operational and safety targets.
- Manage rosters, approve timesheets, and conduct performance discussions with your team leaders.
- Hold weekly and monthly leadership meetings and communicate outcomes to your team.
- Oversee daily stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate picking of stock for store launches and daily replenishment to ensure timely supply.
- Manage transport operations to guarantee efficient, cost-effective, and on-time deliveries.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure compliance and performance.
- Source consumables for the inbound area.
- Drive a strong safety culture by identifying and addressing hazards, near misses, and incidents.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement process improvements.
