Internal Communications Assistant Role

This is a role focused on driving employee engagement and awareness through impactful, multi-channel content. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and distribute high-quality, engaging content to support employee education, engagement, collaboration, and inclusion.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their communications needs and provide advice on the approach.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal communications projects that effectively educate and engage employees.
Requirements:
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
