Our mission requires a highly skilled Specialist Content Designer who will contribute to achieving our goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and editing skills, experience in creating product information, microcopy, and error messaging.

The successful applicant will also have knowledge of accessibility standards and legal approval processes, as well as proficiency in SEO and data-driven content creation.

As a member of our collaborative team, you'll work alongside professionals in UX, UI, SEO, and behavioural science to create customer-centric content that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft clear, concise copy tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and refine content, ensuring it's accurate, compliant, and ready for publication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across UX, UI, SEO, and legal teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Manage feedback while maintaining customer-friendly copy that aligns with style and accessibility standards.
  • Leverage data and testing to inform content decisions and optimise performance.
  • Champion content-led design and accessibility best practices across the organisation.
Ideal Candidate
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for both long-form and short-form digital content.
  • Experience as a content designer, particularly in creating product information, microcopy, and error messaging.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and legal approval processes.
  • Proficiency in SEO and data-driven content creation.
  • Proven success working within Agile, cross-functional teams, with hands-on experience in tools like Jira.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate and defend content design decisions.
