Dynamic Store Operations Leader

As a key team member, you will play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control.

The Role Requirements
  • Create a culture centered around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
  • Develop team succession plans and deliver regular training to the store team to inspire continuous improvement.
  • Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to maximize revenue growth.
