The Reject Shop is opening a brand-new store in** Wagga Wagga CBD**, and we’re looking for an energetic **Assistant Store Manager** to help lead the way

- **In this role, you will**:

- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management and merchandising
- Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong team engagement
- Help manage sales targets and store performance
- Contribute to the development of a safe, inclusive and efficient store environment
- Coach and support team members to foster a positive and productive workplace
