Customer Service and Administration Representative Role at Bradnam's Windows and Doors

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team at Bradnam's Windows and Doors on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and contributing to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and requests;
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bradnam's products and stay up-to-date with current building codes;
- Identify areas for improvement within sales operations;
- Collaborate with the credit department and provide support to fellow customer service team members;
- Maintain a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role;
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment;
- A self-motivated approach to work and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
