Senior Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our growing department in Ashmore. You will positively contribute to the daily requirements of the Branch by providing great customer service and accurate information to internal and external customers.

This role involves a variety of duties, including:

  • Providing effective and timely responses to customer requests and contributing to sales targets;
  • Continually developing and improving knowledge of Bradnam's products and remaining up-to-date with current building codes;
  • Identifying areas and functions within sales that can be improved;
  • Understanding and working with our credit department and actively supporting fellow members of the customer service team;
  • Demonstrating and upholding a commitment to safe work practices and complying with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign-in processes, and other procedures.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous administration experience in a customer-focused role, approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices, and thrive when working as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on a 38-hour week and Monday to Friday schedule.
