Health, Safety and Quality Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Health, Safety and Quality Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our health, safety and quality management systems.

  • The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • A tertiary qualification in health and safety or a related field is essential, along with experience gained from other top or mid-tier contractors that deliver construction or engineering maintenance projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ICAM and TapRoot methodologies.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing health, safety and quality policies and procedures;
  • Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement;
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on health, safety and quality issues;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators;
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in health and safety or a related field;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in health, safety and quality management;
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations;
  • Familiarity with ICAM and TapRoot methodologies.
