We are seeking a commercially astute Operations Manager to lead our most prestigious venue, Centennial Homestead. Reporting to the Senior Venue Manager, you will have the capability to manage and lead the team, ensuring the smooth operational workflow of the front of house, back of house, and being 'the face' of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading a team of professionals
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and quality cuisine
- Strong budget management and staff recruitment skills
- Excellent knowledge of produce and wine, and running of a venue
- High level of cleanliness and hygiene, immaculate grooming and presentation
- Ability to work 5 days within a 7-day roster with 2 days off in a row (occasional night shifts)
