Diagnostic Account Manager

At Radiometer Pacific, we're committed to bringing life-changing innovations to the medical diagnostics industry. As a Diagnostic Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in contributing to our growth by delivering exceptional support for our products and services across New South Wales.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on global healthcare through reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses. You'll work collaboratively with a well-established and highly experienced team to drive success, supported by ongoing development and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, providing expert support to customers aligned with territory business development plans.
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new and existing accounts within the assigned sales territory.
  • Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
  • Introduce new products and programs, gathering feedback from sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
  • Maintain and manage existing customer relationships, promoting the Radiometer brand, seeking opportunities for service delivery, and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
  • Understanding of the Public Health system in Australia.
  • Technical or sales experience in blood gas and immunoassay equipment or similar products.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and self-driven attitude.

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% including overnight stays within the territory, national meetings, and other events requiring travel.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 10kg.
