This role offers the opportunity to help grow our franchise network; a well-established market leader in the building construction industry.

About the Job

As a senior marketing professional, you will be responsible for launching new initiatives that enhance the value proposition to the existing network and build the attractiveness to potential new franchisees.

  • You will develop and execute sound marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • The successful candidate will manage SEO and SEM ownership and management.
  • You will work collaboratively with sales and franchise support teams to develop practical and effective programs.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing promotions and marketing plans to support business growth.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Managing agency relationships and budget planning for marketing campaigns.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A marketing degree with proven in-house marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment.
  • An analytical ability and understanding of forecast and sales data.
  • Experience working with franchise and distributor networks is highly regarded.
