As National Franchise Manager, you'll be the strategic leader taking ownership of performance and growth while helping shape the future of one of Australia's most respected brands.

You'll be the driving force implementing cutting-edge systems and processes helping franchisees scale, grow revenue and increase profit. You'll see direct results from your leadership as performance improves, franchisee satisfaction increases, and new locations come online under your guidance.

What You Will Be Working On Focus will be on the systems and processes that create repeatability and bring real benefit to franchise owners, staff and customer relationships. Rather than just overseeing day-to-day operations, you will inspire through a vision for the future success of the entire network. Your primary focus will be developing and coaching Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders who can effectively support franchisees and drive regional results.

Your Key Focus Areas Include
  • System optimisation to enhance franchisee skills and enable repeatability and revenue/profit growth
  • Compliance and operational excellence initiatives ensuring brand consistency across all locations
  • Training program development covering everything from commercial acumen to customer service excellence
  • Cross-functional collaboration on supply chain optimization and product innovation

What Type of Person You Are Currently in a similar role managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team you're now ready to step into a challenging national high impact role.

You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams, with experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools.

You thrive on the variety this sort of roles offers and are aware of the travel requirements to help a national network thrive and prosper not forgetting you are energized by seeing others succeed.

Someone who balances strategic thinking with hands-on support and genuinely cares about helping franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses.

Additional Things That Will Help You Thrive
  • Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
