About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior eCommerce Manager to lead our digital retail efforts in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will drive online sales growth, enhance the customer experience, and execute eCommerce initiatives across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyse online performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a small eCommerce team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Negotiate with third-party platforms, vendors, and digital partners.
Essential Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in eCommerce management within fashion or retail brands.
  • A proven track record of driving online sales growth and optimising digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of online merchandising, digital marketing, and UX best practices.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sydney, 5 days per week.
