About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Leader to enhance and manage our Non-Production Environments, Release Management, and DevOps capability. Reporting to the Senior Leader, Test & Release Management, you will mature the frameworks and strategies for each of these capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery, maintenance, and support of platforms leveraging Infrastructure as Code, Static Code Analysis, Continuous Integration and Deployment, and Configuration Management.
  2. Lead the DevOps Community of Practice, facilitating engagement with stakeholders.
  3. Have a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and promote best practices.
  4. Develop capability to support the building, integration, and deployment of software releases.
  5. Maintain standards and practices for Branch Management, Product Versioning, Source Control Management, and Release systems.
  6. Provide the tools and processes to successfully manage and deploy releases into production.
  7. Lead the effort of defining the strategic direction for release management tools within the SDLC.
  8. Coordinate Non-Production Environment demand management.
  9. Derive and lead processes to support Enterprise Releases and iterative delivery dependent on each platform's requirements.
About You

You will be responsible for effective and efficient management of test environments, release lifecycle through to production, and technical support via DevOps tools and capabilities.

You will be accountable to provide the capability for Delivery Teams to provide value, ensuring that each team is enabled to integrate, test, and deploy increments of value within their continuous delivery pipeline.

Knowledge and Experience
  1. Knowledge and experience in Source Control Systems and CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise.
  2. Experience with DevOps related tooling such as Terraform and Ansible.
  3. Understanding and implementation of monitoring and logging tooling such as New Relic and PRTG.
  4. Experience developing and maintaining development and testing environment strategies that ensure high availability and scalability that can support Test Automation and NFR Testing.
  5. Experience in environment management across integrated environments (internal, cloud, and hosted) with various stakeholders and multiple vendor teams.
