About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist with good experience in designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions. In particular, we would like someone that is experienced in developing and tuning generative AI solutions in an Azure cloud environment. The role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions using AI and generative AI. You will also work closely with Fujitsu colleagues in building out our data science practice, capabilities and offerings.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and identify innovative solutions using data science and AI
  • Implementing advanced analytics and AI solutions for our customers
  • Implementing, evaluating and tuning enterprise generative AI solutions for our customers
  • Helping organisations understand their data and how they can extract value from it
  • Helping clients establish data science and AI capabilities and best practices at their organisation
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to more junior data scientists at Fujitsu
  • Assist with building up the Fujitsu data science practice, capabilities and offerings

Requirements and Experience

  • Developing and delivering data science and AI solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience of implementing enterprise generative AI solutions. Including:
  • Implementation of RAG solutions,
  • Approaches for evaluating the accuracy of RAG solutions
  • Approaches for identifying and mitigating hallucinations in RAG solutions
  • Prompt engineering techniques to obtain better responses from RAG solutions
  • Experience of implementing AI solutions on Azure cloud services
  • Knowledge or experience of implementing MLOps
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

Desired Additional Experience and Knowlege: 

  • Experience developing generative AI agents
  • Experience or knowledge of fine-tuning large language models
  • Experience of working with different large language models
  • Knowledge or experience with Databricks
  • Experience with Azure AI Studio or Azure ML
  • Experience in developing applications in Azure
  • Knowledge or experience of Devops tools
  • Experience of implementing AI solutions using AWS cloud services
