Bonds: A Retail Leader in Comfort

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping people find the perfect comfort solution? We're looking for a dedicated Casual Sales Team Member to join our team at our Bonds Canberra store.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster. If you're enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about retail and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customers leave the store feeling satisfied and empowered.
  • Using your initiative to answer questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions.
Requirements
  • A passion for retail and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Estimated Salary:

$40,000 - $55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
