Job Title: Executive Culinary Specialist

Job Summary: Job2Go Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Specialist to lead our kitchen team and develop innovative menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement seasonal menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support for their training and development.
  • Maintain high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with food suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients.
  • Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery.
  • Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality.
  • Prior experience preparing Italian cuisine is highly regarded.
  • At least two years of relevant prior experience as a Chef.
