**Construction Project Manager Role**

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of construction projects and maintenance programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction teams to ensure efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage and supervise construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet the required standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NSW School Certificate/Record of School Achievement or equivalent qualification, successful completion of an approved course for supervisors or relevant experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Knowledge of roadwork techniques and quality control requirements, knowledge of structural practices.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card (IMP), Safe Work near Overhead Powerlines Certificate.

The successful applicant will be employed according to the Local Government (State) Award 2023 terms and conditions. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience, with a minimum of $70,000 per annum and a maximum of $80,000 per annum.
